Daniel Chavez was born and raised in Albuquerque, the son of two educators who taught him that leadership means lifting others. At 15, he started valeting cars for his uncle’s company, and not long after graduating from UNM, he launched his own business—growing it into one of the largest locally owned companies in downtown Albuquerque.

Now, with crime surging, homelessness spreading, and businesses leaving, Daniel is stepping up — not as a politician, but as a builder with a plan and a moral compass — to get this city back on track.
