IT’S TIME TO FIX ABQ.

WHAT’S BROKEN
AND HOW WE FIX IT:
Downtown Albuquerque has never been worse. Businesses are closing because of crime and homelessness. New restaurants and small businesses can’t survive—because the people in charge care more about politics than results. It’s hurting our economy, our safety, and our future as a city. I have a plan to put this back together.

CRIME IS KILLING OUR CITY.
Crime is out of control, and it’s killing our city. We can’t fix anything until people feel safe — at home, at work, on the streets. As Mayor, I’ll fully support the Albuquerque Police Department, the State Police, and the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Department to bring order back to our communities. That means resources, coordination, and backing the badge — not second-guessing the people trying to protect us. We’ve studied the problem long enough. Now, we need leadership with the backbone to act.

BUSINESS CAN’T BREATHE.
Albuquerque should be a place where businesses can grow, not just survive. But right now, crime, red tape, and weak leadership are choking opportunity. I’ve built a company from the ground up — and I’ve done it right here in this city. I know what it takes to create jobs, meet payroll, and make a local economy work. As Mayor, I’ll bring a business-minded approach to City Hall — cut the excuses, clear the obstacles, and create an environment where small businesses can breathe again. Because when local business thrives, the whole city rises with it.

HOMELESSNESS IS A CRISIS.
Homelessness in Albuquerque has spiraled into a crisis, and the current leadership has looked the other way. We can’t ignore it, and we can’t let it take over our city. As Mayor, I’ll push for real solutions: job opportunities, treatment programs, and pathways off the street. But compassion doesn’t mean letting tents take over our sidewalks. We’ll help the people who want help, and we’ll restore order for everyone else. It’s time to fix the problem and clean up the streets for good.

RESPECT TEACHERS.
FUND OUR CLASSROOMS.
My parents were teachers. They taught, I listened. I saw firsthand how hard they worked and how little support they got. As Mayor, I’ll fight to get more resources into Albuquerque’s classrooms by working with the Governor and the Legislature to increase funding for our schools. That money should go where it matters most: into classrooms, not bureaucracy. We need to respect our teachers, support our students, and start treating education like the foundation it is, not an afterthought.

KEEP ABQ LIVEABLE.
Albuquerque is our home, and we’ve got to take care of it. That means cleaner air, safer water, and smarter local policies that actually protect our environment. As Mayor, I’ll support practical steps to address the impacts of climate change here at home — without turning it into a political circus. This isn’t about slogans. It’s about doing the work to keep our city livable…for our families, our future, and the place we all love.
